Hussein Ballout possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and networking industry, currently serving as a Customer Solutions Architect at EXFO since June 2017, following roles as Solutions Delivery Engineer, Technical Team Leader, and L2 Technical Support. Prior to EXFO, Hussein worked as a Corporate Network Engineer at Terranet and as a Managed Service Engineer at NavLink, an AT&T Affiliated Company. Hussein holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications as well as a Master's degree in Microwave Engineering from Lebanese University. Additionally, Hussein has obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco Networking Academy.
