Mohandas Pai is an advisor at Exfinity Venture Partners. Mohandas has previously worked at National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), 3one4 Capital, Havells India Ltd, Institute Of Public Enterprise, SEBI, Ascendas-Singbridge, Aarin Capital Partners, Manipal Global Education Services, and The Akshaya Patra Foundation.

After completing their schooling from St Joseph's College of Commerce, Mohandas Pai pursued a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University. Later, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same university. Mohandas is also a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the field of Accounting and Finance.
