Rodrigo Jiménez Salgador has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Rodrigo started their career at CIBA Vision as a Jr. Brand Manager before moving on to Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a Brand Manager. Rodrigo then worked at Novartis as a Senior Brand Manager and later joined Merck Sharp & Dhome / M&A Schering Plough as a Regional Marketing Franchise Manager. After that, they worked at IMS Health as a Consumer Healthcare Manager. Rodrigo then transitioned to Grupo Giovanni Bojanini, where they served as the General Manager, focusing on product development and improving manufacturing processes. Rodrigo then joined Alcon, first as a Country Business Head in Mexico and later as a General Manager in Peru and Ecuador. During their time at Alcon, they successfully developed and implemented commercial strategies, resulting in significant business growth. Currently, Rodrigo holds the position of Business Unit Director at Exeltis.
Rodrigo Jiménez Salgador holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Marketing degree and a Licentiate degree in Marketing from Universidad Panamericana, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Rodrigo also obtained a Certificado Verificado de edX para el curso Estrategias y estilos de negociación from edX in 2023.
