Sam Lawrence is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning Development at Exela Technologies since June 2022. Previously, Sam held the role of Training Manager at HDB Financial Services Ltd. from October 2016 to October 2022 and worked as an EMD Specialist in Learning and Talent Management at Scope International between September 2014 and October 2016, focusing on leadership program development for Standard Chartered Bank's leadership team. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive in HR at CSC from May 2011 to September 2014, where responsibilities included managing employee exits and facilitating domestic transfers across India and the US. Sam holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Loyola College.
