Jeremiah Hennessy has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial operations, and strategic management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of M&A and Integration at Exela Technologies since April 2017, Jeremiah previously held positions such as Vice President and Director of M&A and Integration within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at Tasty Brand, Partner at Promenade Capital Partners, and M&A and Portfolio Management at Luxottica. Jeremiah’s early career involved analytical roles at LVMH and Smashbox Cosmetics, as well as associate positions at White Nelson & Co and Morgan Stanley. Jeremiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
