Suzy Majewski has extensive experience in customer service and operations coordination, currently serving as a Service Dispatcher at Executive Transportation since January 2017. In this role, Suzy effectively manages the logistics of up to 30 drivers daily, ensuring safe and reliable transportation while demonstrating strong communication skills and attention to detail in data management. Previously, Suzy excelled as a Reservations Agent, addressing customer needs and resolving issues. Prior experience includes working as a City Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service and as a Team Lead at Follett Higher Education Group, where collaboration with academic advisors and mentorship of student workers were key responsibilities. Suzy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Columbus College of Art & Design.
