Daniel Cole is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in the field. As President and Founder of Executive People since March 2022, Daniel focuses on placing VP to C-level roles that facilitate transformational change within organizations. In January 2018, Daniel founded Creative People, driving a human-first recruiting experience aimed at building exceptional product, design, and marketing teams for innovative startups. Daniel also serves as a Talent Advisor for various companies, including DVx Ventures, Loop.Baby, and Lox Club, collaborating to develop exceptional teams across multiple disciplines. Previously, Daniel held significant roles, including Vice President of the Americas at SThree and UK ERP Team Manager at Madison Black, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Education was completed at St. Albans from 1999 to 2004.
