Jennifer Prosperi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Executive Insight, Healthcare Consultants since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from March 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Executive Insight, Jennifer worked at VirtaMed as the HR Manager ad interim from September 2019 to March 2020.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes positions at Triumph International, where they served as an HR Business Partner for Supply Chain from January 2016 to September 2019. Jennifer also worked as the Global HR PMO from March 2014 to January 2016 and as the Global HR Assistant from September 2011 to March 2014.

Prior to their tenure at Triumph International, Jennifer worked at H.BLOOM as an Account Executive from June 2010 to March 2011, at S. Rothschild & Co as an Account Executive from August 2007 to May 2010, at Winternals Software as an Accounts Manager from May 2003 to July 2006, and at Catapult Systems Corp as an Account Executive from November 1998 to June 2002.

Jennifer Prosperi completed their education at Southwestern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from 1993 to 1998. Jennifer later pursued further education at CIPD Qualifications, completing a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from 2019 to 2020.
