Dee Soul is an accomplished Executive Director at Executive Director, Inc. since March 2015, and the CEO and Founder of the nonprofit organization Voices of Silence. In addition to this role, Dee has managed UNQUELY URS since July 1999, where Dee has successfully balanced family life with a passion for music and fashion. Dee has played a pivotal role in nurturing artistic talent, particularly through supporting Dee's five children in their musical pursuits, including the formation of the group Hidden Treasure and guiding the career of Mz. Goodie. Over 15 years of management experience in the music industry has equipped Dee with the skills to help others achieve their dreams.
