Joe Paoletta is an experienced catering and food service professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Catering at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services and General Manager at Executive Caterers, Inc., Joe has successfully managed operations at notable locations, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Previous roles include General Manager at A Taste of Excellence and Chuppa's Market Place, where Joe developed new divisions and increased sales significantly. Joe's career also includes ownership of Peppi's Classic Catering and experience as a managing partner at Peppi's Deli and Food Mart. Education credentials include an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Cuyahoga Community College.
