Evan Kubota has a diverse and extensive work experience. Evan started their career in the US Army as a Sergeant from August 2002 to August 2008. Following that, they worked at the Marin County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Sheriff from an unknown date until 2014. In 2015, they joined the Marin County Sheriff's Office again as a Legal Process Specialist until April 2020. Evan then transitioned to Execushield Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Security Consultant from September 2013 to April 2019, Director of Finance and Administration from February 2019 to April 2020, Operations Manager from April 2020 to June 2021, and currently serves as the Director of Field Operations starting June 2021.

Evan Kubota obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University-Sacramento, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they pursued further education at Santa Rosa Junior College, completing their Associate of Arts degree in History in 2018.
