Shradha Chopra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. As the Founder, CEO, and Lead Coach at 237 Talent since October 2019, Shradha specializes in bespoke professional coaching and leadership development for entrepreneurs and leaders, utilizing assessments and an empathy-based approach. In addition, Shradha serves as the Fractional Head of HR for 2070 Health, focusing on talent optimization and employee engagement. Contributions to various advisory boards and coaching roles include positions at Numuun.io, ExecOnline, and EZRA Coaching. Previously, Shradha held significant roles at BNP Paribas as Vice President of Human Resources for APAC and at CEB, now Gartner, as Director and Head of HR Practice for Asia. Shradha earned a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University.
