Poorni Bid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as a Faculty member in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program at One League since January 2023, Poorni collaborates with prestigious institutions such as Harvard, MIT, and Stanford to empower underserved changemakers. In parallel, Poorni works in Strategy & Operations at enrich, a community that fosters leadership connections across top companies. As an Executive Coach & Facilitator at ExecOnline, Inc. since September 2017, Poorni focuses on leadership development and enterprise impact. Previous roles include Vice President of Enterprise Success and Senior Director of Program Management at ExecOnline, alongside significant positions at The Coaches Training Institute and Corporate Executive Board. Poorni holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Columbia University.
