Jonathan Lowsley, ACC, GCSC, is an experienced leadership coach and engineering manager with a strong background in technology and team development. Currently a Leadership Coach at Exec since April 2022, Jonathan expanded a private practice to enhance coaching impact. Jonathan previously served as the Sr. Engineering Manager and Head of Engineering at Lob, where a 98% manager effectiveness rating was achieved while leading significant organizational changes. Prior roles include leadership positions at Auth0, Dealer Inspire, Omni Ventures Group, and Berkeley Communications Corporation, where Jonathan demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, technical talent acquisition, and cloud software delivery. Jonathan began a professional career in web development and academic support, holding a Bachelor's Degree from Colorado College.
