Sara serves as the company’s General Counsel and is responsible for all legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance functions of the Club. Before joining Exclusive Resorts, Sara was a partner at Johnson & Repucci, LLP in Boulder, Colorado where she handled real estate development, land use, and litigation matters across the United States and Latin America.
