Molly O'Neil is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations, crisis counseling, public relations, event management, and academic support. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Commercial Operations at Exclusive Resorts, Molly has successfully launched a custom-built Concierge Tool and provided extensive training to concierges globally. Previous experience includes serving as a Volunteer Crisis Counselor with Crisis Text Line, Events Coordinator and Public Relations Specialist for the DC Government, and Student Placement Specialist at 2U, where Molly managed partnerships for clinical internships. With a strong foundation in event management and partnerships as the Director of Events and Partnerships at The Culinistas, Molly also authored a book titled "The Skeptical Millennial Lifestyle: Living to Eat 2.0". Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Georgetown University.
