Marisa Ford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marisa began their career at Abercrombie & Fitch, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Manager and Brand Representative/Model. After that, they worked at Juicy Couture as a Sales Associate. Marisa then interned at Catapult PR-IR and Women's Wilderness Institute. Marisa continued gaining experience by interning as a White House Project Intern for Senator Morgan Carroll. Marisa also worked as a Marketing Assistant/Sales Associate at Savvy on Pearl. Marisa then transitioned to Bridgepoint Education, where they served as an Admissions Counselor and later as a Student Advisor. Currently, they are at Exclusive Resorts, where they started as a Membership Account Manager and later became the Lead Membership Account Manager and Training and Development Specialist.

Marisa Ford obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado Boulder with a secondary emphasis in Art History in the years 2003 to 2007. Marisa later pursued a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations with a field of study in Communication Management - Public Relations from the University of Colorado at Denver from 2009 to 2011. In 2013 to 2014, they completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
