Xin (Cynthia) Feng, P.Eng., PMP, is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing engineering and manufacturing projects within the natural gas and refinery sectors at Exchanger Industries Limited since January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Evans Consoles Corporation, where Xin coordinated complex multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion. Xin's expertise also includes mechanical engineering, having worked at China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (SINOPEC) as a Mechanical and Equipment Engineer, focusing on oil refinery equipment maintenance and project management for heat recovery steam generator rebuilds. Xin holds a Bachelor of Science in Thermal Energy Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
