Rachel Beck is an experienced professional in data science and business intelligence, currently serving as the Director of Data Product and Lead Program Manager at exchange.design since January 2024, and as an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network. Previously, Rachel was the Business Intelligence Lead and Product Owner at CARE, overseeing a financial inclusion portfolio across 54 countries and leading key performance indicator reporting and data collection initiatives. Rachel's expertise extends to roles at Clear Outcomes and Mercy Corps, where skills in program evaluation and business intelligence strategy development were demonstrated. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Data Science from The American College of Greece, a Master of Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University.
