Ms. Boines is an educational leader with over 14 years of experience in special education in the pursuit of educational equity for all students by ensuring their individual needs are met. Currently, Darlika is a Special Education Coordinator and Inclusion Teacher for New Orleans College Prep Charter School. She is pursuing an Educational Administration Doctorate at the University of Southern Mississippi She believes that all children deserve an adequate education.
