Valerie Dailey, BSN, possesses extensive nursing experience, currently serving as a Clinical Educator at Excelsior Medical, LLC since February 2016, where responsibilities include on-site staff training for product implementation and compliance audits. Concurrently, since January 2016, Valerie functions as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Frederick Community College, supervising nursing students during clinical rotations. With a longstanding career at Frederick Regional Health System beginning in 1994, Valerie has held multiple roles including Registered Nurse in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit and Telemetry, as well as Information Services Clinical Analyst. Valerie has also co-owned and managed Advanced Laser Clinics and operated Today's Lady Mastectomy Boutique, demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership and community engagement. Valerie earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware from 1981 to 1985.
