Syed Hawarizmi Syed Mohammad has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as the Technical Support Coordinator and NPD Engineer at Excellence Logging since August 2013. This position involves creating and implementing scalable technical support processes while bridging the gap between new product development and operational personnel. Previous roles include Technical Support Manager, Regional Product Specialist, and Field Specialist, focusing on quality control, technical advice, and training across various regions in the Asia Pacific. Earlier experience at STATS ChipPAC, Toshiba, and Panasonic involved significant contributions to process improvement and product development in engineering.
