Matt McHugh is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and consultancy. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Excella since September 2024, Matt previously held the position of Vice President of Mentorship and Growth at Exelaration from January 2020 to August 2024, where the company focused on creating software for leading organizations. With a foundational role at Excella from November 2010 to December 2019 as a Managing Consultant, Matt provided development support using ASP.NET and ASP, and earlier experience includes positions as a Web Developer/Database Analyst at SAIC, Webmaster at Computing Technologies, Inc., and various internships, including at Philip Morris USA. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, earned between 1999 and 2003.
