Katheryn Rizek possesses extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as Lead Consultant at Excella since June 2020, where responsibilities have included developing web solutions and adhering to best practices in coding. Prior roles at Excella include positions as Senior Consultant and Consultant, as well as experience as a Software Engineer at Exelaration in early 2020. Early career involvement includes positions as an Office Assistant and Resident Advisor at Virginia Tech, and an Engineering Technician Intern at the Virginia Department of Transportation. Katheryn Rizek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and completed the International Baccalaureate program at Midlothian High School.
