Pankaj Sharda has held a number of positions in the IT industry since 2000. Pankaj began their career as Director of Business Development at Network Programs USA, Inc. in 2000. Two years later, they moved to Artech Information Systems as Business Development Manager. In 2004, they became Vice President at Collabera, where they led the Business Development Group. From 2010 to 2013, they were Vice President of Sales at LanceSoft Inc., where they managed Sales/Account Management teams, established and managed key relationships with 20+ clients, and won National Preferred vendor status with many Fortune 500 clients. Most recently, they have been Chief Executive Officer at ExcelGens, Inc., where they have established an Alliance partnership with Big 4 providing managed services in the Identity and Access Management space.

Pankaj Sharda's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts Honors in English Literature from Delhi University, which they completed between 1986 and 1989. Pankaj also completed a degree in Filmmaking from The New School between 2004 and 2006, with a field of study in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
