Pandiyan Thanasekaran began their work experience in 2010 as a Junior Software Programmer at GKS Technology. Pandiyan held this role from August 2010 to September 2011. In 2012, Pandiyan joined Excelencia i Tech Consulting as a Developer, and continues to work in this role.

Pandiyan Thanasekaran completed their secondary education at Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School in 2004, receiving their SSLC with a focus on Maths and Science. Pandiyan then continued their studies at the same school, graduating in 2006 with an HSC specializing in Maths and Biology. Following this, Pandiyan went on to attend V.R.S College of Engineering and Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science.
