Marielos Pensabene possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Excel Automotriz since March 2019. Previous roles include Directora de Recursos Humanos Centromèrica Norte at Santillana Guatemala and Jefe de Recursos Humanos at both Excel Automotriz and Domino's, where responsibilities spanned from compensation and benefits to regional HR management.
