Jon Chee is the CEO and co-founder of Excedr. Jon has a background in wet lab research, having worked in the Leitman Lab at UC Berkeley from January 2009 to August 2013. In the Leitman Lab, Jon worked on studying the development and discovery of novel estrogens for long-term and short-term menopausal hormone therapy, screening compounds for various types of estrogenic activity, and examining compoundsā€™ interactions with nuclear receptors and coactivators and how these interactions modulate transcriptional activity of the estrogen receptor.

Jon Chee's educational career includes a field in molecular toxicology from the University of California, Berkeley.
