Danielle Lambright has extensive experience in the hospitality and insurance industries. At CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, Danielle has held roles including Homeowners Claims Examiner, Homeowners Claims Specialist, and Claims Adjuster since August 2018. Concurrently, at Excalibur Hotel & Casino, Danielle has served as Hotel Operations Manager, Assistant Front Desk Manager, and Front Desk Representative since February 2011. As Hotel Operations Manager, responsibilities include overseeing departmental operations, scheduling staff, and collaborating with Revenue Management to optimize hotel revenues. In the Assistant Front Desk Manager role, Danielle managed back-office operations and supervised a large staff, while also ensuring an efficient guest experience as a Front Desk Representative. Danielle is also a graduate of a Diversity program focused on cultural awareness.
