Magdalena Grabowska has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Magdalena started their career in 2012 as a Lifeguard at GOSiR, where they ensured safety at Gdynia's beaches for three seasons. In 2014, they joined Transcom as a Sales Expert, where they worked until 2017. During their time at Transcom, they gained expertise in sales.

In 2017, Magdalena joined the Polish Red Cross as a Training Coordinator. Magdalena'sresponsibilities included strengthening awareness of First Aid courses in both the B2C and B2B customer segments. Magdalena also managed partner relationships and supervised a subordinate region.

In 2018, they moved on to T-Mobile Business Poland as a Sales Representative. Magdalena'srole involved providing professional B2B customer service for telecommunications and ICT products. Magdalena worked on various projects during their tenure.

Magdalena's most recent position is as a Key Account Manager at EXATEL. Since 2021, they have been involved in qualified business consulting, focusing on cyber security, IT, and telecommunications services for B2B clients. Magdalena is also responsible for coordinating the indirect channel within the company. Magdalena'srole at EXATEL is ongoing.

Magdalena Grabowska has a diverse education history. Magdalena completed their Magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie organizacją from Gdańsk University of Technology between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Inżynier (Inż.) degree in Towaroznawstwo - HANDEL I USŁUGI – MENEDŻER PRODUKTU from Gdynia Maritime University from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their degrees, Magdalena has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the Sandler Selling System certification from Sandler Training Polska. More recently, in 2021, they acquired three #CyberEDU certifications: "Bezpieczeństwo urządzeń mobilnych", "Bezpieczeństwo w komunikacji zewnętrznej i wewnętrznej", and "Phishing", all from EXATEL.
