Artur Varava has work experience in the financial industry, specifically in sales and account management roles. Artur started working at Fx broker in 2014 as an Account Relationship Manager, holding this position from October 2014 to February 2016. In 2017, they joined EXANTE, a Next Generation Investment Company, as an Account Manager. Artur later became a Senior Account Manager in April 2019 and then Vice President Sales for Europe & CIS in June 2019.

Artur Varava completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics at Latvijas Universitate from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they received a full secondary education in Economics at Riga Business School from 2008 to 2012.
