Krista McCowen has accumulated extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, currently serving as a Claims Examiner at Examination Resources, LLC since September 2022. In addition, Krista holds the position of Pharmacy Operations Manager at PharMerica, a role undertaken since June 2019, and has progressed through various roles within the same company since October 2013, including Order Entry/Call Center Manager. Prior to these roles, Krista worked as a Customer Service Technician and Insurance Billing Technician at The Apothecary Shoppe Pharmacy from October 2010 to October 2013. Academically, Krista has pursued higher education at Liberty University, earning a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from August 2021 to August 2023, alongside two Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Criminal Psychology from August 2013 to May 2016.
