Kerry Banks possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Insurance Examiner at Examination Resources, LLC since July 2014. In addition to this role, Kerry has worked for the Minnesota Department of Commerce since 2001, holding positions as both Audit Director and Insurance Investigator. Educationally, Kerry earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of North Dakota School of Law between 1997 and 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from North Dakota State University from 1992 to 1997.
