James Hancock began their work experience in 2004 as a PE Teacher at Lake County Public Schools, where they worked until 2009. From 2008 to 2009, they also worked in sales at Sports Authority. In 2009, they transitioned to the telecommunications industry, starting as a Business Account Manager at Sprint. James held this role until 2014 when they became a Commercial Account Manager at CenturyLink Business, a position they held until 2015. From 2014 to 2016, they also served as a Sprint Business Sales Manager. In 2016, they joined Veritas Technologies LLC as a Renewals Manager and worked there until 2022. Currently, they serve as an Account Manager at ExakTime, where they are responsible for account management, live webinars, upgrading existing customer base, and retaining customers in the South East territories.
