Henri Batoufflet has extensive experience in customer support and operations management, currently serving as Global Service Director and Deputy at Exail since January 2011. Previously, at IXSEA (now IXBLUE), Henri held positions including Support Operations Manager for EMEA & LATAM and Customer Support Regional Supervisor for NORAM, overseeing support operations and training. Earlier experience includes a support engineer role in both permanent and VIE contracts at IXSEA's Beijing office, an internship at Messier Bugatti focusing on avionics braking systems, and various roles at EDF and GDF SUEZ. Henri holds a Master's degree in Generalist Engineering from ESME and a Chinese degree from Beijing Language and Culture University.
