Kimberly Chau has over 20 years of work experience in the clinical research and operations field. Kimberly began their career in 2001 as a Clinical Research Assistant at Corgentech. Kimberly then moved to Scios (Johnson & Johnson) in 2003, where they held the same role. In 2005, they became the Lead CRA at Kyphon. Three years later, in 2008, they were promoted to Clinical Research Manager at CELLective Dx. Kimberly then established their own consulting firm, KChau Consulting, in 2009, where they worked as a Clinical Research Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as VP of Clinical Operations at Exai Bio.

Kimberly Chau earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University in 2001. Kimberly then went on to take courses at UCSC Extension in Clinical Trials Design and Management.
