Zhanna Vasilenko is an accomplished education leader and developer with a diverse background in software development and academic instruction. Currently serving as the Education Department Head at Exadel since May 2012, Zhanna established the department from scratch, focusing on recruitment, employee skill development, and certification. Zhanna also held the roles of First Deputy Director and General Manager of Exadel Belarus, overseeing a workforce of over 850 employees. In academia, Zhanna serves as an Associate Professor at Belarusian State University, designing custom programming courses and guiding student projects. With previous experience as a C++ Developer at Infocard and Project Manager at Infopark Association, Zhanna has made significant contributions to both industry and education. Zhanna holds a PhD in Computer Science from Belarusian State University.
