Liliya Belskaya has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Exadel since November 2014, with a background as a Project Manager/Scrum Master and roles in quality assurance as a Lead QA Engineer and Senior QA Engineer. Prior to this, Liliya worked as a QA Engineer at Itransition from July 2011 to June 2013. Liliya earned a degree from The Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus between 2007 and 2012.
