Randi Renee Doerr, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as Vice President of Client Success at ExactHire since January 2012, where responsibilities include setting team goals, liaising for daily operations, and contributing to executive leadership decisions. Prior roles at ExactHire featured positions such as Director of Client Services and Senior Strategist, Implementation & Advocacy, focused on client relationship management, software integration, and operational efficiencies. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Just Marketing International, overseeing training and quality assurance, as well as account coordination for high-profile clients in motorsports. Randi holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Marketing, International Business, and Anthropology from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Project Management Certificate from Indiana University Indianapolis.
