Tricia Ballad serves as the Director of Technology at EXACT Sports since May 2024, after a tenure as the Program Management Office Coordinator at the Chicago Transit Authority, where management of an 8-figure portfolio of IT contracts and vendor relationships was a key responsibility. As the Founder of Disentangled Tech, LLC, Tricia supports women-led startups through comprehensive tech coaching. Prior roles include Technical Writer at Bricata, LLC, where Tricia managed documentation for network security appliances, and NeuroIntuitive SoulWork Coach at Tangled Spirits Studio, LLC, focusing on empowering women in their creative endeavors. Additional experience includes program management at Assurance Data Inc., authorship, and leading a boutique travel agency. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Creative Writing from Bradley University.
