Ananda Moss-Byas, LCSW, LCCA, is a co-founder of Exact Change Strategies and holds licenses as a Child Care Administrator and a Clinical Social Worker is certified Gold Level ETOā„¢ Site Administrator, and has extensive experience with designing and implementing performance management systems to measure effectiveness for a variety of program models. She is a certified Professional Implementation Partner for Bonterra (formerly Social Solutions). She has led research and evaluation efforts, including the statistical design, implementation, and improvement of organization-wide database systems; the creation and testing of data collection instruments; analysis of outcome data; adaptation of reports for a variety of audiences; and the provision of guidance on strategic planning efforts. She has expertise in directing the evaluation of program effectiveness for programs nationally, as well as the construction of performance management structures.
