Ankit Verma is a Senior Escalation Engineer at Exabeam since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in IT operations and service management. Prior to this role, Ankit served as Lead IT Operation Specialist and IT Service Management Specialist III at UKG from June 2020 to March 2023, with expertise in cloud hosting and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Ankit also held specialist positions at SSP Limited and Bharti Airtel, and began a career as an Analyst at HCL Technologies from January 2015 to March 2018. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science Engineering, obtained from careers for youth in Greater Noida between 2010 and 2014.
