Philipp Hatt serves as Head HR at ewz since September 1999, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously, Philipp held the position of Leiter Personal, Ausbildung und Services at ELCO Heating Solutions from March 1996 to August 1999, and was Bereichspersonalleiter at Knorr Nährmittel AG, a part of Unilever, from October 1991 to March 1996. Philipp began a career at Schaffhauser Kantonalbank, starting as Kaufmännische Lehre from August 1985 to August 1988, and later worked as Ausbildungsassistent from October 1988 to December 1990. Philipp's educational background includes a Master of Advanced Studies in HRM from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, a SKU-Diplom/Zertifikat from the SKU Management Program, and a Personal - Manager IAP degree from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
