Lucy Fenn has worked in a variety of roles in the communications and legal fields. In 2014, they began their career at the Crown Prosecution Service, where they held the roles of Area Communication Manager for London, Operational Business Manager, Paralegal Business Manager, and Paralegal Officer. In 2022, they moved to eWater Services, where they currently serve as the Head of Communications.

Lucy Fenn completed a Specialist diploma in internal communications at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in 2021. In 2018, they completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Haven. From 2014 to 2016, they completed a Level 4 HNC and NVQ in Business Administration and Management, General at Civil Service Fast Track. Lucy also holds a Leith Certificate of Food and Wine. Prior to this, they attended Westonbirt School from 2006 to 2013.
