Dr. Martin Šoltés has a long and varied work experience. Dr. Martin started their career in 2008 as a Tutor for Higher Mathematics at the University of Stuttgart. In 2010, they took on two roles at AIESEC, serving as both the Local Committee President and Vice President External Relations. In 2011, they began working at Bosch, first as a Student Trainee, then as a Final Thesis. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Project Leader & Research Associate at Technische Universität München. Finally, they are currently the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Evum Motors GmbH.

Dr. Martin Šoltés graduated from the University of Stuttgart in 2013 with a Diplom in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Aeronautik und Astronautik/Raumfahrttechnik, having attended the university from 2006.
