Paul Busby has a diverse work experience in the broadcast industry. Paul currently works as a Solutions Architect at EVS Broadcast Equipment since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked for Hambleton Broadcast and Technical Services LTD as a Broadcast Engineer from April 2018 to April 2021, specializing in control systems. Paul also worked at Lawo as a UK Sales Solution Engineering Manager from January 2014 to March 2018, where they managed project engineering, implemented and trained for Lawo VSM projects, and provided sales support. Before that, they worked at Television Systems Limited (TSL) as a Systems Engineer from September 2009 to December 2013, where they were involved in developing proposals, designing and implementing video and control systems, and establishing relationships with clients and suppliers.

Paul Busby attended The University of Salford from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Media Technology.
