Stephen Yaniga is an accomplished leader in quality and technical services with extensive experience in transformation programs across major manufacturing organizations. Currently, as Vice President at EVRAZ North America since February 2020, Stephen oversees a comprehensive transformation initiative, implementing engagement and training programs for employees and establishing a Program Office within North American facilities. Prior to this role, Stephen spent over 27 years at United States Steel Corporation, holding the position of Director of Strategy for Process Excellence & Technology, where responsibilities included leading corporate-wide transformation efforts and coaching on critical lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science Engineering from Lehigh University.
