Codrin Florea is an experienced Account Manager at Evozon since October 2022, responsible for managing client relationships and stakeholder communications, ensuring account profitability, and implementing Agile methodologies across project teams. With a robust background in project management, Codrin previously held roles such as Project Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing project performance and risk management, and promoting team empowerment. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at STRATEC Biomedical Romania, where Codrin managed the development of automated functionality test fixtures, and as a QA/Verification Engineer in IVD medical devices. Additional experience at Cybercom includes leadership roles in QA and automation engineering. Codrin holds an Engineer's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca and participated in an Erasmus program in Italy.
