Felix H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Felix currently holds the position of VP Innovate Cell Therapy at Evotec. Prior to this, Felix worked at Cimeio Therapeutics as the Vice President CMC, Cellular Therapies, where they were responsible for the CMC strategy of an autologous HSC-based product utilizing CRISPR-CAS9 gene editing. Felix successfully designed and implemented a closed and partially automated manufacturing process and conducted material and device selection with a focus on GMP translatability.

Felix also worked at Ridgeline Discovery as the Vice President CMC, Cellular Therapies, where they established comprehensive CMC development capabilities for cellular therapy projects. Felix spearheaded the creation of state-of-the-art CMC development laboratories and introduced a Quality Management (QM) system. Felix also managed a team and played a crucial role in talent acquisition.

Additionally, Felix served as the Vice President CMC, Cellular Therapies at Matterhorn Biosciences. Here, they were responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive CMC strategy for an innovative lentivirally transduced autologous TCR T cell-based product. Felix defined and implemented core unit operations for a closed manufacturing process and established essential analytical methods.

Earlier in their career, Felix held several roles at Minaris Regenerative Medicine GmbH, including Head of Process Development and Innovation, Head of Research and Development, Head of Preclinical Development, and Deputy Head of Manufacturing. Felix was also employed at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt a. Main, Vision 7 GmbH, and Chemotherapeutisches Forschungszentrum "Georg-Speyer-Haus" as a Scientist and Senior Scientist.

Felix H. holds a Masters degree in Biology, General from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Felix also has a Doktor phil. nat. (PhD equivalent) in Biology/Virology from Goethe University Frankfurt.
