Urmila Yadav currently serves as the Head of Applied Innovation Care Solutions at Evonik since November 2023. Prior to this, Urmila held the position of Strategic Innovation Project Management at Clariant from December 2015 to November 2023, managing project portfolios across the APAC region focused on new product development within the Personal Care and Home Care segments. Experience includes leading various innovation projects, conducting workshops for customer insights, and extensive collaboration with international teams. Earlier roles as a Scientist involved significant contributions to process and product innovations, project planning, and technical reporting. Urmila holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, and has both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry.
